In August 2014 I visited, for the first time, Switzerland to visit a friend. I had never considered this country has a holiday destination and it wasn't on my plans either. I guess destiny and last minute plans allowed me to discover a beautiful country that wasn't even on my top choices.

We rode on a motorcycle from Zurich so I didn't have the change to take photos of the landscape along the way which, by the way, are breathtaking. Never I had seen such green grass and breathed such fresh air.

I spent most of the weekend in Interlaken and Jungfrau. If you plan to visit the top of europe prepare to pay quite a big sum for it (but it is worth every penny). The train to Jungfrau leaves from Lauterbrunnen and you will have a nice chocolate as a souvenir.

Funny enough, on the top of europe they sell a lot of swiss watches! You will find a luxury store dedicated to swiss watches and a nice restaurant with a panoramic view to the glaciers.
